1. Appointments & Cancellations

All appointments require a valid credit card on file to secure your booking.
We kindly request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled and could be subject to a fee.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on treatments or products.
Packages and promotional services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Results & Liability

Results vary based on individual factors, including skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
512 Aesthetics is not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or failure to follow post-care guidelines.
Clients must complete an intake and consent form before receiving any treatment.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any health concerns, please consult a licensed medical professional before booking.
Clients with pre-existing medical conditions should inform our staff prior to treatment.

5. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.
Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Refund Policy

At 512 Aesthetics, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Services

All service sales are final. Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, we do not offer refunds on services performed.
Results vary by individual, and while we strive for the best outcomes, no guarantees can be made.
If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately for an assessment.

2. Packages & Prepaid Services

Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable and must be used within the specified timeframe.
Unused sessions cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for other services or products.

3. Products

All product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare or beauty products for safety and hygiene reasons.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase for a possible exchange.

4. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Promotional and discounted services are final and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged.

5. Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

Please provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid fees. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a charge or forfeiture of prepaid services.
